Service Description
In this weekly class you'll practice a range of Traditional Pilates Exercises, but also Modern Pilates-Inspired moves. Ashleigh always reads the class to know what level of exercises to offer; meaning this class is Mixed Level. You can expect layered exercises; working all the way up to Advanced options. It is important to say that each student will work on their own practice & at the level where they can control the movement. There is always room for 'experimenting' with movement, Pilates is a practice, we are always learning & developing. Dumbbell Weights will often be used (optional) in this class, especially during the Standing Control section. As well as different props each week. We have Large Swiss Balls, Foam Rollers, Resistance Bands, Pilates Circles, Hip Bands, Mini Balls, Sliders. So we'll certainly be sticking to the name of the class and keeping it 'creative' each week, BUT always underpinned by the Pilates method.

To ensure that you regain your Class Pass back to your Weekly Plan or Flexi-Pass, please cancel or reschedule your class with at least 12 Hours before your booked class start time. Otherwise your Class Pass will be lost.
