A question to ponder upon …
At what point do you start to do something that will enhance your longevity?? When is the RIGHT time…
With a birthday on the near horizon, it makes me wonder about friends & family [please don’t be offended here 😅🫶] who don’t do anything to maintain & progress their health and wellbeing, now in our 30’s.
What differences will be noticeable & felt between us, when we’re all in our 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s+ ? It’s a little scary to think about really. But we need to be realists… if you’re not looking after yourself in the NOW, you will certainly look back and just wish that you’d taken that time for yourself each week. (It’s all about chipping away, to get the results).
I will NEVER promise a 6 Week Transformation, Pilates is a LIFESTYLE 😍
We know, it’s an INVESTMENT that we make 🫶 in the future I definitely do not want to experience:
- The Low Energy
- The Aches & Pains
- The Lack of Strength
- The Stiffness in my Joints
- The Low Moods
- The list goes on & on…
Especially when I could have helped myself… your body needs to be looked after & maintained, your body deserves it. Not only with Movement, but more importantly with good nutrition too.
Please don’t take what you have now for granted 😘
I see students come & go… but the students who I see making progress, attend week in and week out, whether it’s 1 time or 4 times, they are there putting the time in.
And my STRONGEST clients; those who understand & apply the Pilates method, they aren’t my youngest clients, many are the ones who have been on this journey with me since 2016 / 2017. I’ve seen them year on year, improve, gain confidence, gain strength, gain flexibility, gain CONTROL. & it’s beautiful 🩵💫
BUT, there are zero short cuts.
Pilates is currently a BUZZ word, people will move away from it as quick as they jumped on the bandwagon, but the ones who commit, I promise, year on year, you’ll look back & not just SEE the changes, oh you’ll FEEL them 🤎🤎🤎
